As a result, the European window manufacturers rely on a well-tested, non-proprietary sash design building their windows on top of the technology provided by dominant hardware manufacturers including G-U, Maco, Siegenia, and Wink-Haus.

Europe has long been obsessed with energy efficiency, constantly improving their windows for air-infiltration, hardware reliability, and heat-transfer. EAS manufactures windows relying on hardware technology from G-U and MACO. We use the highest efficiency lowE, double-pane argon-filled glass on the market with a u-value of 0.19. All of our windows use perimeter-locking, double-gasket design, providing for an exceptional air infiltration resistance.

Our windows are available in a variety of wood species, in a wide range of clear and paint finishes. Our finishes are specially formulated for the window industry providing a level of protection superior to a site-applied paint job. We manufacture all of our windows “to-order” with no price penalty for custom sizes. We specialize in custom shapes and can implement most architectural designs.

Our Tilt-turn windows open in three modes: Turn, Tilt, and Micro-tilt. Micro-tilt enables you to ventilate your home on a continuous basis via a rain-resistant gap. This is a great option for ventilation while on vacation. The one-handle operation allows windows to tilt in for safe and secure ventilation, or turn-in for easy cleaning of exterior and interior window surfaces. All our windows and doors feature multi-point locking hardware that seals out harsh weather conditions and makes it virtually impossible for intruders to break into the home.
